Introduction

The high-viscosity leak-stopping agent GND-1 is composed of a variety of organic polymers and natural plant gum through a special process. It has high viscosity and good leak-blocking effect.

Product Function

The plugging loss is less than 5M3/h pore leakage and micro-crack leakage. It is suitable for pore-type leakage of permeable sandstone and fissure leakage of shale. It can solve the problems of using a large amount of drilling fluid, causing high water bills and high slurry material costs.

Leak Plugging Mechanism

1. After entering the leakage channel, the agent can firmly adhere to the pore or fissure rock to prevent the slurry from continuing to flow to depth.

2. The high viscosity of this agent causes it to enter a jelly state after entering the leakage channel, causing the flow rate to slowly decrease until it stops.

Usage

Calculate the required amount based on the amount of slurry in the well and on the ground. Slowly sprinkle the high-viscosity plugging agent into the circulation slot close to the sedimentation tank. The scattering speed shall be subject to the fact that the agent does not agglomerate in the sedimentation tank.

For leakage in large pores or fissures, bentonite, soda ash, cellulose, powder, cement, and expansion plugging can be used.

The packaging bag of this product is a three-in-one paper-plastic composite packaging bag (combining three materials of kraft paper, polypropylene woven bag, and polyethylene film into one) lined with plastic bags, net weight 25KG/bag; stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place .
