This product is light yellow powder and is a fluid loss reducer for drilling fluids. Contains -COOH, -COONH4, -CONH2, -CN and other groups, with a molecular weight between 10,000-50,000. It has the special function of reducing water loss under high pressure difference and good thermal stability. It can improve the rheology of drilling fluid, inhibit the hydration and dispersion of clay, and has certain salt resistance. Due to the mosaic effect of NH4 in shale, it has a certain anti-collapse effect.
Applications:
This product can be directly used in various water-based drilling fluid systems as a fluid loss reducer, anti-slump agent and viscosity reducer. It can be used in conjunction with a variety of treatment agents. The general dosage is 0.5-1.5%.
Packaging, Transportation And Storage:
This product is packed in "three-in-one" bags, lined with polyethylene film bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag; stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Protect from moisture and rain. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise wash with plenty of water; keep away from fire sources.
