Potassium polyacrylate, also known as polyacrylamide potassium salt, K-PAM, is an organic cationic polymer. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, does not easily produce dust, and is easily soluble in water. It is used for coating and extraction during drilling. It is sticky, suitable for various mud systems, and has good anti-collapse effect.

It is used for shear dilution and anti-collapse flocculation of non-dispersed low-solidity mud and polymer systems downhole.

1. This product is a non-toxic, non-corrosive and widely used well wall stabilizer. It has the function of inhibiting the dispersion of mud shale and drilling cuttings, and also has the properties of reducing water loss, improving flow pattern and increasing lubrication. It can effectively inhibit formation pulping and can be combined with a variety of treatment agents. It can improve the rheological properties of drilling fluid, effectively coat drilling cuttings, and inhibit formation slurrying. The presence of potassium ions can prevent the hydration and spalling of soft mud shale and brittle hard mud shale, and stabilize the well wall.

2. It has good compatibility with other treatment agents and can be used in non-dispersing drilling fluid systems.

3. Strong temperature resistance (≥180℃).

Packing And Shipping

Packed in 25KG plastic-lined woven bags or paper-plastic composite bags. It can also be packaged according to user requirements. During storage and transportation, be careful to prevent heat and moisture. Dry powder products will absorb moisture and agglomerate if left exposed for a long time. The number of stacking layers shall not exceed 20. The effective storage period is two years.
