80A-51 is a copolymer of acrylate, which can increase viscosity, flocculate, change flow patterns, and reduce fluid loss in drilling fluids. This product is mainly composed of a variety of fine chemical raw materials. It is non-toxic and harmless. It is a safe, green and environmentally friendly product. It is a mud additive widely used in oil drilling.

Product Features

1. It has good viscosity increasing, flocculation and shear thinning properties.

2. It has better coating performance than hydrolyzed polyacrylamide.

3. Effectively reduce filtration loss and have good anti-pollution and temperature resistance.

On-site use: Add while drilling. It is recommended to add 0.2-0.4% fresh water slurry and 0.5-1.0% salt water slurry.

Performance Features

1. Biological viscosifiers used in drilling fluids have strong temperature resistance, the operating temperature can reach 180°C, stable performance, and have the characteristics of low content, high thickening, high viscosity, and high suspension;

2. Biological thickening agent for drilling fluid has good water loss reduction performance, uniform solubility and good thickening, shear resistance and anti-pollution properties;

3. Biological thickeners are used in drilling fluids, which are easy to prepare, maintain and handle on site. If solid-free drilling fluids are prepared, they will not cause solid phase damage to the reservoir;

4. Bio-viscosity increasing agent is used in drilling fluid. The drilling fluid has a single material, low cost and better economic benefits.

Packing and shipping

Packed in 25KG plastic-lined woven bags or paper-plastic composite bags. It can also be packaged according to user requirements. During storage and transportation, be careful to prevent heat and moisture. Dry powder products will absorb moisture and agglomerate if left exposed for a long time. The number of stacking layers shall not exceed 20. The effective storage period is two years.
