Sulfonated tannins are produced by sulfonation and other chemical modifications of gallic tannic acid. The product is a free-flowing light brown powder, highly absorbent and easily soluble in water. It is an excellent diluent or viscosity reducer in various types of water-based mud systems. It can effectively reduce the viscosity and shear force of mud. It can also maintain a certain viscosity reduction ability in salt slurry and saturated salt slurry, and its resistance to Ca2+ pollution can reach more than 1000mg/L. Under high temperature conditions of 180~200°C, it can improve the high temperature stability of mud and control the rheological properties of mud under high temperature. It has good compatibility with other commonly used mud additives. It is also commonly used as a high-temperature retarder and dispersion drag reducer for cement slurry.

Packaging And Storage

This product is packed in "three-in-one" bags, lined with polyethylene film bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag; stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Protect from moisture and rain. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise wash with plenty of water; keep away from fire sources.
