Product features of oil drilling grade PAC:

The mud fluid formulated with polyanionic cellulose (PAC-HV, PAC-LV) specially used for oil drilling has good water loss reduction, high temperature resistance and salt resistance. The pulping rate is high in fresh water, 4% brine and saturated brine; when the dosage is 35-40% of traditional CMC, its viscosity improvement and fluid loss reduction capabilities are similar in freshwater drilling fluids, and in 4% brine and saturated brine It is the best among drilling fluids, that is, it has stronger resistance to salt paste. It is widely used in oil drilling, especially suitable for deep wells, high temperature wells, salt water wells and offshore oil drilling.

■ Suitable for any mud from fresh water to saturated salt water;

■ High pulping rate, the pulping volume of PAC can reach 2-3 times that of ordinary CMC;

■ Low-viscosity PAC can effectively reduce filtration loss, while high-viscosity PAC has a high pulping capacity and has an obvious effect on reducing filtration and water loss;

PAC is ideal for use as a water loss reducing agent in drilling fluids. The mud fluid formulated with PAC can prevent the dispersion and expansion of clay and shale in high-salt media, thereby controlling wellbore pollution.

In the workover fluid, the workover fluid prepared by PAC has low solid phase, which will not block the permeability of the production layer due to solids and will not damage the production layer; it also has low water loss, which reduces the amount of water entering the production layer. The incoming water will form a water ballast phenomenon due to emulsion blockage. Workover fluid formulated with PAC provides advantages that other workover fluids do not have:

■ Protect the production floor from damage;

■ It has the portability to clean the wellbore, and the workload of maintaining the wellbore is reduced;

■ It has the ability to resist the penetration of water and sediment, and rarely foams;

■ It can be stored or transferred from well to well, and the cost is lower than that of ordinary mud workover fluid.

The fracturing fluid prepared with PAC can withstand 2% KCI solution (which must be added when preparing the fracturing fluid) and has good solubility. It is easy to use and can be prepared on site. It has a fast gel-forming speed and strong sand-carrying ability. When used in formations with low permeability pressure, the fracturing effect is better.

Packaging, Transportation And Storage:

This product is packed in "three-in-one" bags, lined with polyethylene film bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag; stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Protect from moisture and rain. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise wash with plenty of water; keep away from fire sources.
